Somalis need to turn their nomads into urban dwellers and farmers and need to start fertilizing their arid soil in order to survive since they have a massive land. Somalis will become the majority in Kenya and one of the dominant groups in Ethiopia. Somalia and Somaliland are also growing so is Djibouti but eventually the Bantus are a threat to southern Somalis so they need to be relocated back to southeast Africa and Somalis need to start focusing on developments and changes to support their environment, economy and security. The rest should be inconsequential.

Somalis are the third largest ethnic group in Ethiopia, but they'll never be more than that. Both Oromos and Amharas will always be significantly larger.

If the amhara and oromo start were to have family planning and change their attitude on having many kids Somalis could eclipse them.
And Amhara in total is about 20 million, Somalis should be more than that if not close to that number.
