Technically yeah but idk if there's other groups that were decended fully from original oromo tribes. Any oromo that's from the highlands would be way more distant to Somalis than a Borona.

Somalia's Homogeneity is a Strength and a Blessing in Disguise and seeing people swear up and down that if we import thousands of people who simply don't look like us nor speak the same language and share the same culture as us will magically just solve our issues then you are gravely mistaken.

Ethnonationalism is a modern delusion. Human beings have been migrating and intermixing since the dawn of our species, even during the Paleolithic. You and I are the result of Prehistoric Egyptians and Sudanese intermixing to form Bronze-Age Nubians who then migrated into the Horn and mixed a bit with local Hunter-Gatherers and then later received some doses of South Arabian admixture.
The English are the result of Celtic tribes overrunning Anatolian Neolithic Farmers and some European HG holdouts only to eventually be conquered and overrun by the Angles, Saxons and Jutes themselves, only for that group to also be conquered and influenced by the Normans to some extent as well.
To say nothing of the fact of the deeper mixed natures of both ours and the English's deeper genetic components like Ancient North Eurasian being ~30% East-Asian-related or our MENA ancestors having ANA admixture themselves. Don't get me wrong, though. I am a patriot. I love the Somali language. I love our dhaqan, our diin, our tariikh and even our looks. But I also love humanity, saaxiib. We are all bin adan, all God's creations.
And if in the future Somalis are not brutalized, marginalized or mistreated in any way in a multi-ethnic Somalia then I wouldn't care at all if in 500 years the average Somali becomes 20% Indian, 15% Filipino, 30% Arab or whatever else. Nothing has changed but phenotype; they will still be human beings and hopefully Muslims. It is the natural course of history and it would be an honor that our country might someday be so prosperous and safe as to attract people from all over the world and be able to give them opportunities whilst still keeping Somalis themselves comfortable.
Patriotism, saaxiib. Not ethnonationalism. The latter is a mentally ill modern invention and the stuff of genocides. Don't catch the taint.

And if they've maintained that Homogeneity for Thousands of Years up until this point due to Geography, Customs and Lifestyle Unintentionally then they can maintain it Intentionally.

You said you'd be ok with it but I would be deeply upset if the Average Somalis become "20% Indian, 15% Filipino 30% Arab" in the forseeable future. First our Lands are carved up with no Sense of Direction at getting them back and then the Native Population is now gone? I'm sorry saxiib but no Ethnic Group would ever tolerate these Collection of Circumstances and it would be a Horrible End for Somalis to experience such.

What does a "Multi-Ethnic Somalia" even do? The West has skewed ,any People's Perceptions on Multiculturalism as an Absolute Advantage when Circumstance chooses whether or not Multiculturalism thrives and in the case of the Somali Peninsula it simply doesn't.
Saxiib I'm not disagreeing that we are indeed Humans, yes but look at the Context of Somalis and their History and Lands and ask yourself if being "Multi-Ethnic" will do them any better when they Ancestral Lands are Missing and they've been "Mixed" before they ever had the chance of consolidating them.
