Somalia is sui generis, none of these measures capture what life in Somalia is like.

Haiti and South Sudan are not less fragile than Somalia, and Ethiopia is not more free.
Useless measures.

it's like the iq stats of Richard Lyn

-Ethiopia literally lost 600K people in during tigray war and there is another Amhara civil war going on almost 20 million people are on the verge of starvation

-Palestine is completely demolished

-Haiti doesn't even have government

-Yemen is controlled by Houthi terrorists and there is no government

-Sudan is literally in civil war where hundreds died and stil ongoing

-Congo is literally in a civil war where hundreds of thousands died

Somalia is the only country to score 10/10 for demographic pressures. A lot of the other failed states don't have this kind of demographic issue, which some people see as a plus (future invading hoardes etc). This contributes a lot to it's high score.

However the point you seem to be interested in is state legitimacy which for Somalia is 9.6 out of 10.
Only Haiti, Equatorial Guinea, Yemen, South Sudan, North Korea, Iran, Turkmenistan, Guinea,
Eritrea scored worse.

The FGS is not a broadly accepted and it makes no effort to legitimize itself.
