Is it true that Somalia has the potential to produce so much food that 2/3 of it can be sold off to other countries?

Somalia has great agricultural potential, we should stimulate them by subsidies and building roads from the riverine areas to the city to bring the food quickly to the market. It sucks that agricultural is looked down upon and people rather study ICT and administration in a country like Somalia

Things are actually changing. There are a lot of new farmers in Puntland. Land that was barren a decade ago now sprouts produce, aside from hiring a few workers who are Oromo or Bantu, it seems that the natives have embraced the importance of farming.
