We need to have at least 30, 000 troops. SFG needs to introduce a special tax to pay for salaries, uniform and equipment for our troops. If we can treat our army like a business than we can make it work. This will also help create employment for the youth and SFG will have bigger muscle. I believe that now is the time to seriious start thinking about growing the numbers of our armed forces.

It was General Daud who built Somalia's army from nothing. We done it before and inshallah we will do it again. We built one of the most powerful army in Africa so we can do this.

Enlist them as soldiers where they stay in bases across the country and build local police that take over security.
Also make sure that no one clan dominates, so no troops stationed in one place where the commander and all the soldiers are from one clan, otherwise it's just clan militia with a different name, and if their clan is fighting another they will probably join.
