Most cases of incest will be hetrosexual and therefore not qualified to join LGBT movement, but for those that are homosexual and with no doubt of the relationship's consensual nature should be allowed within the frame. However this is a far more nuanced debate than your capable of having I'm afraid.

Pedophilia will never join the LGBT community anymore than rape will join the LGBT as a protected status because they both lack consent and cause harm to victim.
