Somalia needs an Industrial Revolution

An industrial revolution would require a lot of energy. This is almost impossible in Somalia since we pay one the highest prices for electricity in the world
a kilowatt of electricity in Mogadishu, the Somali capital, can cost up to $1 per hour, which is five times more expensive than in Kenya, and 10 times more expensive than in the U.S.
and don't even have a single power plant active since the start of the civil war.

The only way we can achieve this is if we use the gas/oil from the sea to power electric
plants. I really can't foresee this happening in the near future if. Especially with Norwegain puppets like Kheyre in our government.

It's better for the government to invest in renewable energy. Solar is highly cost-effective there since the cost of electricity is soo high the time needed to make your return on investment is ridiculous. With the lowering prices, I can see Somalia become a beacon of renewable tech which will hopefully spur on our late industrial revolution.
