What editor did you use to make this? I was trying to make this exact flag a while ago for the Somali supremacists on the forum lol but I wanted a blue and White scheme with the swastika in the middle and the tigers on each side.

However, it is prone to corruption. The people also don't have a choice in their leaders. The candidate must show himself to be worthy of doing his job. That can't happen in a 4.5 system.
