The NISA doesnt seem to be going anywhere, Its seen as weak and fragile. I mean its viewed as a tool of political leaders in Xamar and struggles with independence, professionalism, and structure. Limited Tech, and no Global Footprint.

Its clear that a change in this regard or space is necessary. What Somalia needs is an Elite, Respected Intelligence Agency. The "ARU" provides that. Its the intelligence agency of the Therae Alliance, a United Nation or Union Comprised of other Nations nearby Somalia with a core Nation being Somalia. But ill get to that later. The Goal of the ARU is to form the Therae Alliance. And Gather Intelligence and work on various tasks.

But it doesn't have any members yet. Thats why i want to propose an offer or request, do you want to be apart of this network? It needs around 3 - 5 members only. Just reply and let me know if you do. Comment your thoughts.

Any Elite and Professional intelligence apparatus would probably be discredited or labeled as a "radical" or "illegitmate" group by the FGS. The Ideal Plan and Initiative would be Silent Foundation, Moving quietly, and building deeply. Strategic Soft Power, and Quiet Infiltration and Legitimacy.
