The NISA doesnt seem to be going anywhere, Its seen as weak and fragile. I mean its viewed as a tool of political leaders in Xamar and struggles with independence, professionalism, and structure. Limited Tech, and no Global Footprint.
Its clear that a change in this regard or space is necessary. What Somalia needs is an Elite, Respected Intelligence Agency. The "ARU" provides that. Its the intelligence agency of the Therae Alliance, a United Nation or Union Comprised of other Nations nearby Somalia with a core Nation being Somalia. But ill get to that later. The Goal of the ARU is to form the Therae Alliance. And Gather Intelligence and work on various tasks.
