As far as I’m aware the Americans and British train troops within Somalia. Probably much easier for them and can afford to invest in building the infrastructure. Can't we train them here
Training infantry should only take 6 months. That 3 year rubbish was a hostage situation where we had to pay the Qatar promised $50 million that they refused toi know two people who are part of this. Fortunatley, unlike the original eritrean troops, these future soldiers are predominantly Hawiye ( more specifically HG, Abgaal and Mursade). It wont take them three years to come home though inshallah
So why is HSM sending an additional 3000 people to a country where they will be held hostage and have to pay tens of millions to be freed?Training infantry should only take 6 months. That 3 year rubbish was a hostage situation where we had to pay the Qatar promised $50 million that they refused to
He must have found a partner that will be funding this. UAE is the likely oneSo why is HSM sending an additional 3000 people to a country where they will be held hostage and have to pay tens of millions to be freed?
So Gaajo 3rd world Eritrea is making $10,000 to train each soldier? Instead of paying this expensive amount to an advanced country like Germany or UK who will make great soldiers? He must have found a partner that will be funding this. UAE is the likely one
Eritrea showed great success in Tigray. Regardless what makes you think western countries are willing to train large amounts of troops? They will be worried of giving the FGS too much power. So Gaajo 3rd world Eritrea is making $10,000 to train each soldier? It costs $15,000 to train a US soldier and we know how competent they are. For us to be paying 2/3rd of that amount for eritrea to train us is ridiculous.Eritrea showed great success in Tigray. With Eritrea, Egypt, Ethiopia and Uganda we have to worry less about that. For them it’s just transactional, they’ll ignore whatever legal and human rights issues that might occur from SNA expansion that isn’t under Western control/don’t follow orders of the President
What’s the point of training infantry skinnies in overseas ? Why can’t they train them here ?i know two people who are part of this. Doesn’t Egypt work under America to begin with, the whole of the Middle East knows this,it’s only Somalis who refuse to get itEritrea showed great success in Tigray. Europes classic devide and conquer stratagem has scored a mortal wound on Somalia. Our situation is similiar to that of the Democratic Republic of Congo whose troops are trained by France, Beligum, Angola, and Zimbabwe. There will be no cohesiveness and structure if our military are trained by many different countries.
