How will the Chinese scholarships be any different to the Turkish scholarships? 90% of the Turkish scholarships continues to go to Xamar for almost a decade, and they still lack behind. The thing is that the scholarships do not go to the deserving students but are allocated based on corruption. As long as they continue this, they will never be ahead of the rest.
