Somali women deserve better

So this whole thing was fake :ohhh:
This is why you should never trust what you see on social media, always be critical of the source of what you see.. Anyway we'll never for sure know what happened to that lady, she look pretty much beaten up on the face.

The concerning high amount of somali men both from back and home in the West supporting and reacting with satisfaction and even going as far as saying that he did it "lightly" and should have instead k!lled her already proves my point. Again as I said before not all somali men are abusers but it's time for us to hold those who are accountable instead of sweeping it under the rug and creating an even more harmful society for women and young girls.

I don't have any animosity against you @Abdisamad I think you're a very intelligent person but I don’t understand why you're so determined to protect somali mens image when real problem here is that these womens lives are literally being at risk.
There not Somali but vicious Anti-Somali bigots

They work very hard to harm Somalis. If you are Somali; don't help them.

Amhara pretending to be Oromo calling for"soomaligenocide"

I was disturbed when I saw the original video it has over a million views and the comments are full of somali men disgustingly defending that scumbag.
There are plenty of women doing the same thing and posting laughing emojis stop lying. Somalis back home just don't give a shit.

Theres no justifying the abuse. He's actually stooped lower than his own sister on this one.

But, is it only his fault or do we as Somali men as a collective bear some part in creating a culture to where faraxs who sisters are getting up to degeneracy are admonished for not putting hands on their sister(s).

What bothers me is that deep down this guy probably thought in beating his sister up he was going to have his honour/respect amongst his mates restored. But he's actually made it way worse.

I would think if my sister is on tiktok posting videos like her, that perhaps at the root of her addiction to social media was the lack of love or appreciation at home. I would've had a sit down with her and told her how her videos makes me feel and how I feel she is sending the wrong message to the world.

I hope this sister recovers and I hope that this thread doesn't descend into another untimely episode of Somali gender wars. We love our Somali sisters, and only because HE doesn't, does not mean the rest of us don't.
