I don't think in most of the world (exclude Somalia) reuse of needles or syringes is rampant so that is rarely one way to get aids.
I heard, not sure though, if a person is hiv infected and start the treatment (ARVs) they will not likely transmit the virus even if they have unprotected intercourse(Allahu Aclam). The problem is the spreader have no idea/ is in denial of their status.

Because she literally admitted that she married a guy with dog like tendencies. If she knows he's like that then she should have had this guy she married on a leash or divorced him/get a test. She literally said she didn't trust him so she should have.

I'm just going off her story I don't really have an opinion on if it's real or not but before marriage partners definitely need to go for a check up and routinely post marriage aswell.

Women need to start getting husbands to be get tested. I don’t believe that healthy sane women get into relationships for just sex. That is simply because women face the brunt when it comes to the consequences of sex. We get pregnant and are thus expected to raise the child. We don’t have the freedoms that men have and men and women are simply not the same. It’s why in most cultures, men are given a leeway when it comes to fornicating. Since the creation of the pill, that has changed however that only works for gaal women as within the Muslim community, there is still a stigma for divorced women. With Somalis not so much, but it can stop you from being able to get the quality of men you might have had access to, pre-marriage. It’s a bit too much of a risk.

If that was the case, getting married but never having children would be halal but it isn’t. There are far too many Hadiths that talk about the importance of children and family.

Starting strong Muslim families is a massive purpose in Islam which is why divorce whilst allowed is frowned upon. Marriage shouldn’t be used as a way to simply sleep with each other and then dump each other. People really can’t be pointing the finger at dysfunctional gaal relationships when the end results are the same. Scattered kids with daddy issues and a fragmented community due to the many broken homes.

Waayyyy higher-- but they DIE in silence. We know AIDS affects everybody different. Some die not long after infection without medication- others live longer, resilient with or without medication.

But in Somalia mostly they die silently and is always recorded as "Cancer" or "Diabetes"
