Henry Ford medical center is affiliated with the university of Michigan. There are a bunch of hospitals across the nation that are affiliated with medical schools. These are the hospitals you can find student doctors.

She already graduated from Med School. Residency is when you are a Doctor in training after med school. Typically 3-5 years. She got into the specialty she wanted at Henry Ford Medical Center, not Henry Ford College. She’s done with school.
