You know in a lot of villages people cannot just get up and leave for a lot of reasons. He should’ve just let the bombings happen and accept that these people were collateral damage. Telling them to leave is like telling a person in a wheel chair to walk and he knows that.

Of course people can’t leave if they have no connection to the government. The government should only bomb the fronts rather than deep inside territory of Shabaab.
