Firstly, they are refugees fleeing war seeking safety which they find in Somalia.
We as Somalis know the impact of war , the fact that hundreds of thousands of us were forced to flee to other countries should serve as a reminder for us to show compassion to others.
Secondly , and most importantly the vast majority of Yemeni refugees are Somalis who fled to Yemen whom have returned to their homeland. Only 6,000 Yemeni Arabs have actually sought refuge in Somalia.
