I'm not advocating that they wear trackies or north face jackets but why does it have to be bootcuts, oversized blazers and unmatching creps every fucking time?

The folks back home get a pass, they have great cultural attire, the macawiis + cimaamad + bakoorad combo is undefeated.

Rule no.1 wear something that actually fits you. You aren't 10 years old, your body won't grow into it.

Rule no.2 don't forget the little things, tuck your shirt in, roll up sleeves that too long (don't even buy them to begin with but if you have to, isqurxi)

Rule no.3 stop buying cheap quality suits. I have seen too many odays going to the market stalls for a three piece suit that will leave them with ripped buttons and holes after 2 months.

Rule no.4 why not wear leather? If you want to have any respectable style at that age, get leather boots, belts and jackets. Leather is a timeless attire.

You missed a whole segment: the basketball shorts and tshirt farahs. The one I was with was like that, and I’ve noticed it’s a thing. That’s how he liked to be dressed on his time, bc he had to dress up for his career, but he looked good either way. I don’t really care how guys dress, so long he dresses up when it matters.

I think that’s a whole population of American men in general tbh. Americans are more laid back in style, unless you live in certain areas image-conscious areas, especially the men.
