Teams from all across Europe where there like man united and real sociedad
@Crook thoughts on his play ?
the youth clubs in Sweden have a different culture it seems compared to uk or North America they seem to be more focused on developmentAllahumma Bariik to this kid. Just needs to bulk up a bit and pack on muscle, he will be good.
Guy is 15, we should calmn down a bit. Lamine Yamal is an anomaly, most young players breakout at 18-20 years old. That somali athletes page is wonderful, but he shouldn’t hype up young kids.
On a positive note, reer Sweden are the de facto place producing young somali ballers. Other diasporas need to take a note.
Nobody is thinking about him joining somalia's national team. From a footballing perspective it wouldn’t make any sense to play for somalia. He's a talented kid who has long way to go but don't hold your breaths thinking he would be interested in joining Somalia.
I'm sure there's many Somalis that want him to play for Somalia or think the Somali national team will improve in the coming years lol.Nobody is thinking about him joining somalia's national team. From a footballing perspective it wouldn’t make any sense to play for somalia.
This is not american sports where you have to be tall and strong lol whatthe kid is good but he's short, you gotta be taller to dominate professional football.
i can understand why NA doesn’t produce players but i have no idea why reer UK fail so badly, maybe it’s because in English academies they want players to be fast and strong and then in the premier league they realise they need technical players so they buy them from abroad?the youth clubs in Sweden have a different culture it seems compared to uk or North America they seem to be more focused on development
Somalis over here are more religious, well culturally religious and don't think football as something beneficial to somalis even my sister who was in eas very good at drawing my mum refused her to take art as a subject for her gcses. Somali parents don't care about talent if they think these type of career won't take them anywhere. We have a sheep mentality here sadly.i can understand why NA doesn’t produce players but i have no idea why reer UK fail so badly, maybe it’s because in English academies they want players to be fast and strong and then in the premier league they realise they need technical players so they buy them from abroad?
