I don’t think they intentionally turn them into Somalis, it’s just that some Somalis tend to be huge extroverts and many of them don’t change their way of life upon marriage. A Xalimo isn’t going to stop inviting all the Somali family members in her area to her house and isn’t going to stop cooking Somali food or stop speaking Somali. Eritrea under Isayas Afewerki has really developed and is the most independent nation in Africa. They accomplished all of that while Western powers placed her under tight economic embargo and a political isolation.
Eritrea is literally known to be Africa's North Korea, some of you really need to stop acting so delusional and understand why you're living in the west.
You were not born in the West either but live in it, so you should stop having this mean-spirited attitude. There is nothing wrong with being Africa's DPRK. All Eritrean citizens have access to free education, free healthcare, and achieved food self sufficiency. Any nation who does that has already covered the basics.
