Can you post your other results. If you have g25 what’s your difference to the other public Somali samples

I'm much more "ssa" than other somalis which causes the differences in distance. i dont understand how i got 100% on 23andme though.

Your raw data matched 23andme’s somali reference populations to perfection. Extra ssa lodged in you and some of us might be excess ghost hunter gatherer stuff native to somalis. The same ghost ancestry would also explain your horrible fits and high genetic distances.

only subsaharan is similar really, i dont have natufian or zagros for example and you get much better distances. my results are just strange.

I don’t actually have natufian/CHG/zagros they just messed up V.2 update calculations, the previous results were somewhat more accurate. This new fit is garbage. That’s why you should try use vahaduo g25 calc
