I dont know what somali community you grew up in but in America, this dynamic is real. Somali moms to 10 kids breaking their backs at warehouse jobs and then coming back home to slave away again. Most aren’t like this but it’s way too common. There’s also no reason why a man who has 7 kids on ceyr should be going back home for 3 months and hiding a second marriage.
