You've to bear in mind that the farax is in a fight in which his adrenaline is rushing through his veins and he also raised his voice, there is no way he could have enunciated the words as clear as he wanted to. However, I understood him clearly and based on what he said, he doesn't sound like a fob at all. Fobs barely have knowledge of street slang.

At the beginning the two guys were just pushing each other and farax was saying why are you touching me and Moroccan/Turk slapped him on his face. When he hold the other dude on chokehold he was screaming why are you touching me and don't you ever touch me again. The guys watching were asking him to let him stand up again. For people that were saying he should have kicked him in the head: Farax orders the dude to let his hands go and ajnabi dude surrenders 0.47, look at his hand when he was surrendering. There's no bigger humiliation. Just before letting him go the Farax punched him few times and the ajnabi didn't even lift a finger
