Everyone wants to avoid the elephant in the room: Islamic dogma. All Jihadis base their actions on Islamic dogma, so to say they're "insane" won't cut it anymore.

Time for Muslims to repudiate dangerous Islamic dogma that primes impressionable minds to commit horrible crimes.

Anyone who denies the source of terrorism is not the Islamic dogma needs to wake up because the linkage to the religion is quiet evident. Others might call it a perversion of Islam or these terrorists have political grievances in the Islamic world, but they would deny that it is Islam that has given birth to a political ideology sourced from Islamic theology. Now, Muslim and non-Muslim criminals have found a spiritual justification for their criminal activities and thus increased their deep-seated hatred towards the societies of the Western countries they reside and are programmed to become mass murderers. All terrorists are not former criminals and they were never charged with a crime, but many of them are current and former criminals. There are Muslim scholars who justify and further inflame these criminals to commit heinous crimes against "non-Muslims". For example, this Kheeyre bloke shot dead in Melbourne yesterday had an extensive criminal history. He continued to be a drug addict and a criminal till he was put down by the cops yesterday.

in order to obtain a fatwa, or permission from an Alshabaab Muslim cleric, for the attack. Khayre
spent 16 months on remand in a high-security facility over the terrorism offences but was acquitted
by a jury and released from custody two days before Christmas in 2010. However, he and another
man were acquitted.

* In 2014 he was sentenced to 3 years over an aggravated burglary he committed while high on the
drug ice in 2012.

He was released 6 months ago.

The motivation of terrorism is clearly linked to Islam. They use hadiths and Koranic sources to justify it. Grievances like politics in the Islamic world have nothing to do with it. Why will they support Alshabab's ideology in killing Somalis other than an ideology that is written in the Islamic scriptures? 75% or more of Islamic terrorism takes place in the Muslim world. Therefore, marginalization, racism, lower socioeconomic factors in society such as low income and lack of education have little or no contribution to terrorism because Islam's religious text call upon its followers to commit terrorism. Research done in Europe indicates that many young Muslims believe that it is their Islamic duty in Jihad against non-Muslims and openly support ISIS.

Just watched the News about this bloke and guess what? They interviewed a so called Somali community leader who has no training in PR and blames youth unemployment. If these youth have buufis and don't want to take advantage of the booming building and mining industries who is to blame? It just takes a couple of years to learn a trade and make mega bucks, then, whose fault is it? Why are they unemployed? If they have no skills and can't be employed, will they join ISIS and blame their predicament on society? Why don't the Iraqis, Ethiopian, Burmese and other Muslim youths commit terrorism? Couple of weeks ago, we had a Somali girl arrested in Adelaide for terrorism? What is wrong with us?
