It's not surefire, but he's not that far off. I know ppl who intentionally select for hard surfaces and grate their foreheads on the ground to achieve that mark bc it's considered the look of a highly religious individual. They usually hold extremist views.

That's not true at all! I don't know where this 'no sane person...' argument comes from, but almost always they are not 'insane' or 'mental' in the clinical sense of the words. Most murders, massacres/genocides in history were committed by people who as far as we know were sane. In fact, the vast majority of murders anywhere are committed by people who would clinically be considered 'neurotypical'. They are just cunts.
