It's a bit hypocritical. If something is legal it should be legal for everyone. If something is illegal it should be illegal for everyone. In the UK they made khat illegal, they don't have khat bars for somalis and yemenis to accommodate their cultural drug.

Somalis and Yemenis are not the lifeline to the UK why should they give us special treatment? Somalia needs the gaalo money and aid so we try to make them as comfortable as possible.
