From what i learn this women married a Pakistan guy in 2002, they have had 8 kids, and he took her to Pakistan in 2007, and she said she suffered alot under his hands, and now he refused to renew her residence, in other words, he want her to gtf out of the country, and probably keep her kids, she is now in court with him, fighting this case, however she wants the somali government to standd her shoulder, and give the Pakistan residence to her, which in reality, it doesn't make sense.

I donβt get it. She doesnβt want to leave Pakistan, but want residence of Pakistan? I also assume she canβt take the kids with her as their government wouldnβt allow, so I guess her goal is to get Pakistani papers and run away with the kids as she canβt leave the country without papers. Honestly she is fvcked

Oh I heard about that case that happened in the UK. The Somali woman left with her son to Somalia. She told a local imam about the incident, but he called her crazy.
I'm not sure how the somali gov even if it gives this case attention can help her? unfortunately this looks like a local issue and justice lies in the hands of the pakistani courts. But she's likely at a serious disadvantage, being a foreigner. I guess thats the drawbacks when one move to another man's native country without being accompanied by family or have power/influence.
