If you were the owner of a Somali fast food restaurant what would have been on the menu?

well If I was the owner I would have these dishes

Sambuusa with minced meat,carrot,onion,celery,cilantro,shalott and garlic comes with a dipping of your choice sweet chili or somali shidni

Sandwhich with hilib strips like this pic
also have one sandwich with marinated chicken or garlic bread if you don't prefer meat

Somali kalankal with garlic butter potatoes

Marinated chicken suqaar with sabayaad or hilib suqaar

Sweet and crispy beef

Lamb ,chicken burger with fries

Bbq chicken wings

and Rice bowl with "party rice" fries,raisins,veggies and either hilib or chicken with the option to have with/without raisins and somali shidni

I would also have different beverages hot and cold Somali shah,coffee, mango juice,guava and ananas

Soda
Somali Orange French fries (potatoes) with compliment meat/veggie mix and sauce of your choice on top.
