I think it would be an awesome idea... there are so many Somalis in the diaspora and we all want to get to know each other ...it can be a networking app more than a dating app even..

Ideally yes, but don't you think you are being a tad bit too optimistic? I think the app wouldn't last a week before we get Halimos filing reports to the app creators about a creepy fob or a persistent adheer..
