I think it’s just a cheeky comment. Nothing too malicious and the guy is moaning too much. Look, I’m not saying I personally see half Somali’s as full Somali’s but during last summer I stayed in Garowe and Boroma and I met quite a few half Somali’s. Mixed with Bosnian/Indonesian/White/African American and most were treated just like anyone else. I’ve noticed the more in tune a half Somali is with Somali culture and the language it becomes very unlikely they will be considered different. However, the African American mix was looked at as a foreigner.

exactly you can swim in Somali malab almost for free as a Somali man, why on earth do they even do this miscegenation thing, I will never understand them, they are perhaps social outcast, or out of extreme circumstances.

Also, if you have a non Somali wife your relatives are not going to visit as much as they will not feel comfortable going to your house as your home won't have that Somali 'feel'.
