I am Somali. Just when I thought we were getting somewhere you go right back to square 1 again!

It doesn't, not in the OT or NT
So are you saying it's a Christian name or no...? And why didn't you include Theodora with Hilary then?

I got a Somali name for you. How about Sheegato? It's an ancient noble name.:browtf:

Yes there is. Joshua and Judah are Christian names, Zebeddiah and Ezekiel are biblical names. Christian names are from the gospels. Biblical names are from the Old Testament and Talmud. :draketf:

Same in Islam. Abdul-Shams is an Arab Pre-islamic name. Abdullah is a muslim name.

I am not talking about the religion of those people you listed^, I am talking about people now with the names. There's no sense of ownership labelling it Christian, Muslim, etc. I'd like to think my name is a Christian one:dabcasar:.

“Genesis 19:30 And Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he feared to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters.
31 And the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the earth:
32 Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.
33 And they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.”

Bal waxaa eega :ileycry:
Yoo I thought the same when I first read genesis. I talked to the guy who converted me (bae) @CadannSaviour and he said it was abnormal so I think Christians don't condone it. Anyways, it's also held belief by Muslims and Jews, ask the Jews it's in the Old Testament.
