I’ve been playing with Arizona a lot ever since I got cfb 26. Been knew buddy was a dawg. Hopefully he makes it to the league.

in the states we need every Somali athlete that’s under 6’4 to play football. We need some Somalis in the NFL. It’s probably the easiest major pro league to get into. Basketball, soccer, and baseball became middle class sports while football is accessible for anyone that grinds.

What positions could Somalis excel in the NFL maybe quarterback/wide receiver there are 50 roster spots in the NFL it’s easy compared to the NBA

corner back, safety, wide receiver for sure. Probably most defensive positions tbh. Most of the Somalis I’ve met irl and online that played in high school were usually cornerbacks and safeties. I even found a random Farrah that played defensive end at 6’4. Offensive and interior defensive line is debatable.


When it comes to football where you live and play as a kid really matters. Like Texas, Georgia, california, and Florida are high school football powerhouses. As long as you play in the right school district and get a bunch of starting time during your last two years you’ll get college offers. You just gotta work hard and hustle.

the football pipeline is simple. Enroll your kids in peewee football when they’re in elementary school than have them play in middle school and high school. If they can make some good plays in high school. QB is a tricky position. In the suburbs the qb position usually gets locked down early. Farahs can definitely play wide receiver though.

Honestly can't blame them. A lot of Somalis online lack social media etiquette and are openly hostile toward our ethnic minorities, especially Somali Bantus. They are constantly reminded they aren't ethnically Somali, and their social belonging is often questioned. When you combine that with the fact that Somalia is the poster child for famine, corruption, and object poverty, it makes it all the easier for them to claim Kenya which has a higher social standing globally.

Just call it out for what it is, self-hate. They can’t even get the Kenyan passport.
