That is what mom used to say. Explained to her what snow is in Somali over the phone once in layman's terms like wet flour and bonds/lakes freezing like the Ice she used to make using her fridge. After a pause, she said "Son, you live in frozen hell". We both laughed at her comments.


I am not offended sxb either. We all get depressed in winter and most of us are vitamin D defficient because of lack of sun for most of the year. That is why instead of moving somewhere else, I plan to retire from America and back to Somalia.

Other than that, this area of the midwest is better than other parts of America. People are also hardy and tamed by the weather, so even if they don't want to be nice, they are forced to be nice to other fellow humans experiencing the same weather.

Get hitched or Hitch a somali from the US. There are some in the US who like Europe. Been to Europe for a visit myself. Traveled from London to Sweden by bus and train making stops along the way through Belgium, Netherlands and Denmark. Good experience. Burned several thousand dollars in the process. Good memories. But I wouldn't trade my passport for any European One. America may not be perfect but it is as good as it can get for nonwhites. It is even better than Canada in terms of opportunities. It is tough to survive without good income so people are motivated to work or study.

We have the option to remind every racist to go back to Europe as well. This is the land of of immigrants in the true sense of the word.
