I saved some money and I was wondering where I can put it. My mom insists I buy land in qardow and I was wondering if there is anything else better. I have 20k immediate and up to 60k elsewhere.

Buy some cheap land, less than 10k it will go up in value overtime and start building homes whenever you have the money, you rent one and live in one
