Today anyone can create his own media. But reality says PL local elections on December will be hold in Boocaame.
When the term of any PL president is about to end, they have to lose some territory to Somaliland and I wonder was the next piece of land will the incoming president will lose to SL ? hopefully not Garrowe
I knew it was salary related thingDidn't they say we took over Boocame months ago, it's just local militia that take their salaries from Somaliland so they've to show that they have legs and can visit the city every few months, and you'll hear "Somailand took over Boocame" again in 4 months.
Wouldn't you know tomorrow is brand new month, and the salary is coming definitely after this.
