Do super-sets and go hard with a focus on compound lifts and calisthenics. Sleep well; maybe take some taurine, D3 and boron; occasionally cycle kacsi herbs like Ashwa along with something like shilajit; get some sun and swim down at a beach at least once a week and become your best self. Colors will be brighter, you'll be happy for no reason, you'll catch yourself in the mirror and admire yourself... you won't regret it.

True plus genetics. There’s some overweight/skinny people I see that have good insertions. Decent ratios overall. I think man if you lost weight and build muscle you would kill it.

I feel you, man. But for me the real doozy in terms of libido are the kacsi herbs. Ashwagandha & Tongkat Ali coupled with things like Boron and D3 are dangerous, saaxiib. Kekekeke, they supposedly even made my already supposedly sultry voice more seductive according to the naago. One in particular claimed she could tell when I was on them and would try to make me speak more to hear the seductive tones.

I live off eggs (around 4-5 a day) but I can't cook meat for the life of me. Always end up tasting like dog shit :farmajoyaab:

It is, its not the drug thats expensive, it’s usually the medical plan and advising that cost a lot. He can easily get steroids. Majority of the guys you see who bulk up fast within 10 years like this, took some type of steroids.
