Hypothetically speaking, If the south becomes developed and we become peaceful without a tribal system, would you feel like it's your country? Or would you still hang on to secession. I said hypothetically guys so don't say this won't happen because it is possible in 10-20 years if allah wills. I personally believe most would join. What's your thoughts.

At this point, Somaliland is only on 1 path, the path to recognition. Even if the status quo remains in terms of legitimacy and Somalia finds a way out of its hell and becomes prosperous, I still think the people of Somaliland would rather choose there own self determination over prosperity.

look at like this.... If your friend mistreated your wife, is he still your friend? would you ever leave your wife alone with your friend after that? .... thats the situation with Somalia and Somaliland.

Why would we let them join "when it gets better" if there not helping in anyway they can stay out I will pull my weight and help my country and When Somalia gets better inshallah We will bathe in the money we'll get from our oil

Nope but I never said it will turn into heaven. I said it can be developed in 10-20 years just like Rwanda did or any other African country who's civil war started after ours.
