No, Somaliland will hopefully be separate buy it will create some kind of EU like system with mutual beneficial agreements on movement of people etc and regulatory alignment
 
does it make sense to you that people in hargaysa, berbera and burco should be controlled from xamar?

Somali people need to stop being emotional and ignorant. If power was really federalized, and the north got a PM/President seat( of course in this case the north would have to extend as far as gaalkacayo) that they select, then you could start talking about North and South merge again.

Right now, the way things are, there's no incentive for waqooyis to even entertain having anything to do with the South.

What's wrong with people in Hargeysa being under Xamar? If jigjiga is controlled by Addis Abeba? They taught us federalism anyways.

We wuz much worse 10 years ago we moved a couple small steps but we need momentem. Afterall there is no all out war and confrontation anymore other than quick amboushes or bombs.
