Should Islamdom form a NATO-like Organisation based in Medina/mecca?

Disunity is a driving force to the current state of the ummah. Should an organisation with Article 5 (an attack on one nation is an attack on all) included be created?

Why the f*ck should rich countries with functioning economies and a future (Gulf States, Turkey etc.) have anything to do with the likes of Libya, Somalia, Syria (other than to colonize them/take their resources)? It's cheaper and more effective to just pay the CEO of the American Empire for protection and snort some coke off a 's bare chest.

An attack one nation is an attack on all, what if they attack each other or fund terror groups in each other's countries? Face it, Muslims are not ready to be rulers.

Not happening. The ONLY thing that can unite them is the following of Prophet/Messenger PBUH Sunnah & Allaah swt.

Why would we want to join a bunch of Arabs with a nose longer than Pinocchio and hairier than a sheep? Saudi’s gave women rights to drive in 2017. 2017? Wow. They make Somali men look like feminists. No thank you.

A big NO. People really should know the system and structure of each these 3rd world countries to get why this idea would not work, at least the same way that NATO does. Like look at Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, it is a useless Organisation.

And this Islamic NATO would be doomed since each country will act on its dictator's selfishness.

It would be a Pact between dictators not countries. :samwelcome:

nigga y'all can't even get garowe and xamar on the same page and y'all wanna tell me an islamic military pact of 51 different nations with different cultures, sects and priorities is worth it:what1:

A lot of you made the arguments that we should never because of the hatred you hold for Arabs. All tho I share the same sentiment regarding those people it is important to remember that when it comes to politics you should never frame your work around petty feelings. America, the most powerful country in the world is in Nato and in the Security Council of the UN. Even tho they may dislike the rest of the member they still remain steadfast on their path and goal, to be the most powerful entity. When you join such pacts, allies and or organisation you can work from within to reach your goal. The saying " keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer" came to mind. Why isolate ourselves from a globalising world. It would benefit us to be in a pact with other Muslim countries at least from a knowledgable point of view. We can form it the same way as the UN and have veto rights and have a say in their affairs.

Some might even argue that it is a bad idea to join because we could easily be subjugated by the other richer and more powerful states. Such a union could, with the right leader at hand, grant us, if we play our cards right, valuable role in the game of politics. We already have the resources we need (natural wealth such as oil and minerals etc.) If utilised correctly we can gain political allies, access to a whole new market and much more.

There are more sides to Islam than just Sunnism, Shias are not gonna be super hyped to join such pact, so the chances of it happening are slim to none btw.
