I get why you would think that judging from this forum and social media. If i judged all our women from that same angle, I would also assume somali women are all like how the annoying, deen/daqhan lahaan girls that are loudest on social media networks present themselves.
But there are good, god-fearing men as there are women. Seek them out in your community to change your perspective (thats what i did). I find the most shaqo la'an guys/girls are those who are most invested in voicing their opinions on social media 24/7 and dont help themselves, their families or community lol they congregate in these negative spaces (social media typically) and project their self-hatred, ignorance, insecurity and inadequacy day and night. Its the same accounts as well lol for anyone on social media just become a serial blocker, or better yet just dont use it as often

Ameen, I think they are mostly on social media, when I was using twitter I would see the same loud gabdho on the TL talking nonsense on literally any topic you can name, they would speak about the deen, talk nonsense about literally anything with stupid confidence. But just like the qashin guys they're a small minority. I think environment makes a big difference, people don't bother to filter their environment (friend groups and social media as well) Aint nobody got time to see negativity all day, wallahi it's tiring and wears you down lol I just block/ignore and keep it stepping and mind my business. I dont want to become a bitter person cuz if youre exposed to all that negativity long enough, its bound to rub off on you
