For those who dont understand Somali this man speaking on video is a whistle blower who used to work for Rusheeye. He mentions how he has 50 female workers that he abuses in harrowing manner.

He works them to death and has a rule in which if one employee makes a mistake the supervisor shall report this to Rusheeye who then proceeds to withhold their daily pay for 3 days. He says Rusheeye also phsyically abuses the women and has a female snitch that reports any infraction which then results in withheld pay for 3 days. Not only is he greedy but abusive and scams Local somalis like crazy.


This is Somalia and these women have to do these jobs to survive so Imagime 3 days of no pay? That would be catastrophic and the whistle blower mentions that he constantly does this to keep more money
