Is rape common in wars ?

Drinking isn’t allowed in Islam how many Muslims drink ?
Sex before marriage isn’t allowed how many Muslims don it ?
Shrink is forbidden but how many people swears on their parent life ?
Backbiting is very major sin but how common it is within the Muslim society?

Ofc it’s not allowed but do they follow the rules of Allah swt ?

tbh according to modern day standards what the sahaba did would be considered "rape".
they would kill non-muslims, then have sex with the slave women straight away, whether or not she was married, it didn't matter.

rape is always common in wars
i mean u seen that movie Fury, they stay at a mans house while out defending territory, they proceed to agree that the daughter will be allowed to have sex with him. although it techincally was consensual noways they would call it rape

Rape is among the many unfortunate things you'll find in war. Soldiers who do it do it out of spite for their enemies. It's unfortunate but there's no war without rape

Sahabah were under a legitimate ruler and had an actual Caliph. Hamas would not be considered a legitimate Khilfah so they have no authority to seize woman especially Ahlu Kitaab woman.

Nope he was killed because he had intercouse with her (khalid ibn walid is the one who told umar Ra)
You can’t have intercouse with captured women nor touch them without Umar Ra word

No one is allowed to touch the slave/catured women anr they all get sent to the government and he does two choice either prison them or let them marry someone else within their empire. Most while like 99% of them would to marry the Muslim so they can gain their freedom.

Most sahaba would marry them for the sake of Allah swt but also you’re forgetting another rule
If those slave women gets pregnant and she is a free slave and master must marry her

100% . It's a tactic of war to break the morale of the enemy. Not a part of Islam though.

It even happened in Somalia civil war. The stories I've heard is horrific.

thats not a rule, from the fiqh I studied if a master has a baby the women remains a slave and the child is also a slave

also the government will gift men slaves, thats what happened during the sahabas time, it was common all throughout Islamic history

Yes the is rule
For an example if slave/captured women had husband before then no one is allowed to touch her until the marriage dies so either divorce or he dies.
Also slave/captured women cannot be touched if her husband is also captured which means she can stay with her husband
The women and the child cannot be separated

there is many rules that the government must follow or else
Yes sahaba indeed got slaved/capturf women because their husbands died so they preferred to be with them rather then staying in prison.
