I was listening to one of the speeches at the podium a few days ago and apparently the process for these bills is they first get passed by the parliament then signed by the President after which they’re published for everyone to see and then implemented. Hopefully that means it’ll be uploaded in full on the government’s website

Negroe what is a passport for? That's a national ID. The states can produce thier own IDs where they can share a database to check different states Identification. A police officer in NY can check a state ID from Indiana and vice versa.

For once I agree, Somalia needs a strong goverment that can stand on it's own too feet and not be pushed around by FMS.

One day it is "Our Government is too weak and not centralized enough to exert it's power" the next day it is "Centralism is showing it's face around here"
