That contradicts your first point, when I mentioned women have always wore makeup. A little bit if makeup is not going to make a woman look fake. If that is the case then kohl and other ancient forms of makeup was making women look fake.

When we see a little bit of makeup, even then it can change the way a women looks,
the biggest problem is the raising of expectation for men then when a women takes off the makeup she looks different
nowadays waering minimal makeup means changing the way ur face looks
touching up your face to make it look slightly different is not deception as your face still retains its form

The thing is men in the long term in a relationship with a women do not like makeup because it sets unrealistic expectations for the womens face and is also fake and sometimes looks laughable
There will always be a factor that women look more beautiful with makeup and men may be intially attracted to that as men are not gay they don't know how makeup works so they will think that a women looks nice but then soon realise it is make up, this only harms the man.
SO my main point is, men will enjoy looking at women with makeup and lust after them as it is natural
Men in the long term tend to not care about and not like makeup as it is only used for inital love/attraction and men end up disliking makeup as they get more mature.
Women also raise beauty standards for other women, I have never heard a man say"I would love to see women with fake eyelashes or a clown face or change her skin colour with makeup, these are all self imposed things by women.

A man isn't going to say I would love a woman to wear this type of makeup ect, but men in relationships do love it when their wives beautifies themselves for them and makeup is part of equation.

Women have been wearing makeup for centuries. It is the nature of women to adorn and beautify themselves. Even during the ancient times, women would wear Kohl for eyeliner and mascara and natural substances to color lips.

Only issue now, is that women are now resorting to surgery and fillers.

Btw, many women wear makeup and they don't look drastically different and are still naturally beautiful without. Most men say they don't like makeup, despite the fact that the vast majority of women they lust after are wearing makeup. To make it worse, many men can't even tell when a woman is wearing makeup and think a girl that is wearing subtle or a no makeup look is makeup free. That is why OPs views on women that wear makeup is laughable.

But women can wear a shit tonne of makeup in front of others at only women gatherings and or in front of their husbands.

The problem is makeup in of itself although just seems like beautification can cause women self image problems because changing the way your face looks to feel beautiful will inevitable make a women feel discontent with her actual face, also most men do not like their wives to wear alot of makeup on their face.
Makeup not only negatively effects women but men aswell especially nowadays since women feel pressure to wear makeup outside
I dont see a problem with minimal makeup as long as its not to non-mahrams as that isnt changing the way your face completely looks.

Majority of women do wear minimal makeup though when it comes to a normal day. Mascara+ eyeliner which is basically like kohl, concealer for dark circles and then lipstick which is close to lip color.

For the average woman, wearing a lot of makeup would be for a special occasion and tbh, if a woman wants to look extra nice for a special day then it really is not any man's business as it is not as if she's looking like that everyday.

Yes lets now say a man wants his wife to beautify herself for him but not to the point where her face looks completely different
A normal man wants to see his wifes normal face, and if she wants to wear some makeup with just defines her face but doesnt change her look compltely than that is fine
If u wear makeup to the point where u look alot more different and ur husband is excited by that u should take that as an insult since he wouldnt find your original face that attractive.

men don't go around wearing concealer to cover their natural bags under there eyes they just leave it as it is, maybe put some Vaseline or something but putting paint on ur face to change the colour is still deception

Weddings you can say, but In front of friends hobbies? Nah that’s unacceptable, this again goes back to attraction etc
