My passion is for stopping terrorists, I don't think serial killers can be reformed even if they are teenagers. My sympathy extends to their many victims and the many orphans they have created.

You're forgetting that in Puntland, AlShaydaan don't have brainwashing camps where they groom children from birth into terrorism. These sociopaths committed multiple murders for money, plain and simple. Listen to the interviews with the big AlShaydaan ring that was busted a while back in Gaalkacyo.

This doesnt apply to your PIM supporters but official position of PL is federalism under the SFG. The SFG signed a treaty and PL is violating SFG law under that treaty. Im not gonna speak why/if MrCheese or his clan are or are not allied with terror on this issue but my issue is here is hipocrisy. PL cant claim to be federalist state under SFG while going rogue and violating SFG treaty obligations

Doesn’t matter if they’re qaangaar, laakin the federally ratified law is clear on this matter.

I doubt Somalia will get sanctions tho because of its humanitarian situation, any halt in funds could be seen as catastrophic.

But best believe if Kenya did this, the IC wouldn’t turn a blind eye.

I'm not there yet . But you are right the justice system in Somalia especially in banadirs kangaroos court
is one big joke but These 18 yr old men have been tried in court , they had lawyers and even confessed to being terrorists .
Even with banadirs kangaroos court I never seen anyone get randomly arrested in xamar for having a beard , your cousin was propably moving like a suspect.

That's the root of our disagreement. I think they can be reformed. Especially, if they're part of a terrorist group. You have to imagine ...someone convinced them that blowing themselves up or others is a decent way to live. That mentality reversible because their actions are not driven impulsive and sadistic pleasure to kill and maim. They are simply soldiers carrying out commands.

For the leaders though, off with their heads!
