Nah before hiraab imamate, the earliest samaale's were garre, cawrmale and gorgaates like silcis , they settled in small numbers tho.

Then please post any statistics because I'm 100% certain there are barely any real Arabs and Persians in the Bendadir coast. Reer Xamar and other Benadiris although having Arab/Persian DNA, are fully Somalized natives at this point.
