What do you think might be the cause?

I think i am over doing it,I set up a lot of goals like praying fardh and sunnah salahs, reading quran/hadith/adkhars that are probably not realistic that are demotivating me and making me feel like i am not a proper muslimah. I should possibly make it simplier for myself and do it step by step.

Oh and another thing is i am working and studying at the same time so i think im overwhelmed.

So, you're exhausted from overwork and ambitious goal setting? How do you think you can best manage your expectations to feel less overwhelmed?

Don’t beat yourself, you’re a good Muslim, don’t let anyone tell you’re not but God. Set small goals eg reading Quran and praying Sunnah or tarwih prayers, then if your consistent with your small goals, you add sereval or one goal to your list.

If you’re fail, you can try again.

Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured.

-Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:28

Suhaib reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

Wondrous is the affair of the believer for there is good for him in every matter and this is not the case with anyone except the believer. If he is happy, then he thanks Allah and thus there is good for him, and if he is harmed, then he shows patience and thus there is good for him.

You seem to have the answers to your dilemma - being realistic, managing stress, being less hard on yourself and acknowledging you're trying your best given your circumstances, energy level and time constraints. Whatever you're feeling right now is temporary, I'A you'll get a chance to escape Engriska too.
