DRC abuses Tutsi's. Hutu's literally eat and burn Tutsi's. I wonder if this will intensify. Rwanda has better trained soldiers and a better military, if war does break out, they might be able to take some significant land from the Congo and claim it as their own

Already this financial year the DRC government budget is 30% larger than Rwanda's GDP and this is going to start translating into the military budget. There might be a 2nd Rwandan genocide, the hatred is no joke.

Somehow forgot about that. You are correct. The tsetse fly even caused trouble in Koonfur. In the 1800s something like only 1/10 or less of it's arable land or good pastures were really being used and the Italians plainly cited the fly as the cause.
