Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, included floating the idea of using Russian nuclear-powered icebreakers to support the development of gas and liquified national gas projects off the coast Alaska as part of one of the deals Trump could propose to Putin to end the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.
