Have you heard about the arms embargo? We cannot produce or buy weaponry, because of the civil war. If you are smart make powerful allies whom can train your army with their weaponry. They can put pressure on the un to lift the arms embargo. In the meantime create a stable rising economy and when the embargo is lifted buy weaponry. This is the smart way but we all know who is in power. One can only dream about a powerful motherland at the moment

The economy in the states are still kinda weak. We need stronger economies like in the middle ages when each coastal sultanate was competing with each other and the ethiopians. Long story short we need to talk about which sectors are being taken by which state and ofcourse the development the economy needs. We do not have enough Benjamin's to buy advanced weaponry. At least until the oil revenue starts dripping in. I do know when the arms embargo is lifted all border regions will be armed to the teeth and ofcourse some weapons will make their way into somali galbeed and nfd respectively. And the star battle of the show will be fgs vs sl army against army.
